Booked the 5pm tour on the 17/12/2023. Enjoyed learning about the history of Arras. Our guide (I'm not sure of his name) was brilliant, we were the only English speakers and he translated for us - even though it effectively meant running two tours. Big thank you to him for being so accommodating!
Great informative little tour of the Boves under the market Square. An audio guide for little ones would make this even better. Interesting to see how they were used in the 12 century and how they were adapted during the world wars.
The site is pretty interesting not for its beauty but for the history behind. It is a good starting point to visit the city: it gives you a good prospective about how the town developed during centuries. Guide explanations both in French and in English.
Magnificent tour- such an interesting venue. Excellent guide. Also we had a tiny dog that I held in my jacket who also really enjoyed the tour and tourists and we very much appreciated him being accommodated

One of the must do in Arres!
A fascinating journey underneath the Place Des Heros through the three levels of tunnels. The history of how the tunnels were used in the Battle of Arras was very interesting. We had s great guide who spoke French and English. Highly recommended.
Incredibile view the price to go up is 3 euros, I would recommend it even if you are scared of heights
